Q1. What kind of computer does the screensaver require?
The WallpaperDaily.com Screensaver will run on any PC or lap top computer
that has the following software/hardware: Pentium processor, Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP,
32 MB RAM, 20 MB Hard Drive Space, a color monitor.

Q3. When I pay the $XX.95 fee is that for a month or a year?
This is one-time fee without any time restrictions. You will receive
the screensaver's registration and all future upgrades for free.

Q4. What is your upgrade policy, and how can I get an update?
For each screensaver, minor updates to the same version are free for
registered users (e.g. v1.1 to v1.2). Minor updates are made available
from time to time on Download page. You can
compare the version in the table "Above" to that shown on your
"Screensaver setting" window (Start => Settings =>
Control Panel => Display Properties => Screen Saver tab =>
Settings button => "Screensaver setting"
window => Help => About).
There may be an upgrade fee when there is a major upgrade (e.g. v1.2
to v2.0).

Q5. I ordered the screensaver / I sent an e-mail to support but
still did not get any response.
It is possible that you entered invalid e-mail address while ordering
or your mailbox has temporary errors. Please try to Contact
Us from another email address.

Q6. I just received the registration info but my screensaver does
not accept it.
Please follow the instructions from your registration e-mail and use
the proper screensaver's version from our Download
page. If your code includes "I" character, please be sure to
enter it as uppercase "i". It would be better use the copy/paste
while entering the code: select the code by mouse then right-click on
it then select "copy" from popup menu. After that right-click
on the "Reg Code" input field of registration tab and select
"paste" from popup menu then press "Unlock" button
within dialog. That's all.

Q7. How do I order a registered version of a screen saver?
To order a registered version of our screen saver, go to Purchase
page and then click on the name of the screen saver you wish to order.
This will take you to the order page for the individual screen saver in
which you are interested. From there, click on the "Buy It Now"
button. This will take you to the RegNow shopping cart, and you will notice
that you have placed the screen saver in your shopping cart. From there,
click on "Continue Shopping" (to order more screen savers) or
on Place Secure Order to complete the order process. At this point, your
order will become secure as you are taken to a page where you will need
to enter your contact information, credit card number, etc. Once this
form is completed, click on the "Submit" button, and your order
will be placed.

Q8. I prefer not to order on-line. How else can I pay?
When ordering via the RegNow online store, you can choose to fax your
credit card details by selecting the Fax Order Payment Method.

RegNow can accept checks or money orders. Use the RegNow online store,

Q10. I downloaded a screen saver, but now I can't find it. Can
you help?
When the download process began, you were presented with a dialog box
entitled "Save As...." Near the top of that dialog box, there
was a line which read "Save in:" and a field which contained
the name of the directory in which you saved the screen saver executable
file.
If you don't remember the directory in which you saved the screen saver
executable file, you can do a search to find it. Click on the "Start"
button in the lower left hand corner of your computer screen. Drag the
cursor up to the "Find" item and then over to the left to the
"Files or Folders...." item. This will open a dialog box entitled
"Find: All Files" in which you can enter information to help
you find the executable file. First, make sure that the field on the line
which begins "Look In:" contains the name of your hard drive
(usually, "Drive_c (C)". Then, enter the name of the screen
saver executable file you wish to find (use our Download
page to determine the correct name) in the field on the line which begins
"Named:". Click once on the "Find Now" button. Your
computer will then find the executable file and display it in a new window
which will appear at the bottom of the "Find: All Files" dialog
box. Double click on the executable file in that new window, and follow
the on-screen instructions to complete the installation of your screen
saver.

Q11. Is the screensaver difficult to install?
Not at all. The screensaver uses an installation wizard to make the
installation extremely easy. Simply run the setup program and follow the
on-screen instructions.

Q12. How do I install the screen saver?
To install one of our screen savers, please follow these steps:
- Click on the Start button in the lower left of your Windows desktop.
- Move your cursor up to the "Run..." item and click on it.
- This will open a dialog box appropriately named "Run".
- Click on the "Browse" button. This will open a dialog box
appropriately named "Browse" which contains the directory
structure of your computer in its main window.
- Find the screen saver executable file (note that the folder or directory
in which you placed the executable file during the download process
must appear in the "Look in:" field at the top of the "Browse"
dialog box.
If it not there, click on the arrow at the right of the "Look in:"
field - this will allow you to choose another folder or directory.
If you don't remember where you placed the executable file during the
download process, see the answer to question 10 above to find the executable file.
- Once you have found the screen saver executable file, double click
on it. This will return you to the "Run" dialog box, and you
will notice that the path to the screen saver executable file now appears
in the "Open" field.
- Click the "OK" button, and the screen saver installation
routine will begin. The screensaver uses an installation wizard to make
the installation extremely easy. Follow the on-screen instructions to
complete the installation of your screen saver.
Q13. Can I have several different screensavers on the same computer?
Yes. Every screensaver has a different filename.

Q14. How do I launch "Screensaver Setting" window?
Right-click with you mouse on the desktop. Choose "Properties"
(the very last menu item). Choose "Screen Saver" page and
press screen saver "Settings" button.
Or go to the screensaver dialog box via Start => Settings =>
Control Panel => Display Properties => Screen Saver tab =>
Screen Saver "Settings" button.

Q15. Can I run the screensaver at home as well as at work?
Yes. The fee licenses you to use the screensaver you purchased on all
your home computers, and on one machine at work on which you are the primary
user. The full license is provided in the End User License Agreement
page.

Q16. I dont hear any music. Whats wrong?
All screensavers work without music.

Q17. Why does the screen go blank after a while?
You may have Energy Saving turned on on your computer, which will turn
the screen black, and will happen no matter what screensaver you are running.
Go to the screensaver dialog box (Start => Settings =>
Control Panel => Display Properties => Screen Saver Tab)
and click the "Settings" button at the bottom of the Screen
Saver tab. Check at the bottom of the first settings screen that you have
not selected to "Turn off monitor" after a specified
period.

Q18. How do I get rid of the expiration screen from the trial
version?
In order to rid your monitor of the expiration screen when the screen
saver starts, you will need to uninstall the screen saver, using the procedure
described in the answer to the next question.

Q19. How do I uninstall the screensaver from my computer?
First, to uninstall one of our screen savers, please follow these steps:
- Click on the Start button in the lower left of your Windows desktop.

Move your cursor up to the "Settings" item, then over to
the right to the "Control Panel" item.

Click on the "Control Panel" item. This will open up the
"Control Panel" window.

Double Click on the Add/Remove Programs icon. This will open up the
"Add/Remove Programs Properties" dialog box.
- In the lower half of that dialog box, there will be a scrollable list
of software programs.

Find the name of the screen saver you wish to uninstall and click
on it once so that it is highlighted.
- Click on the "Add/Remove...." button.
- Click the "Yes" button to confirm deletion.

Yes. All of our screen savers are developed in a virus-free environment
which is constantly monitored by virus-protection software.

Your order is secure because we have contracted with RegNow for our on-line
commerce. They use their own Secure Sales Server technology (S3) on every
transaction that we process. This technology begins by utilizing Netscape's
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. SSL encrypts the transmissions
from both RegNow's server as well as your computer. Put simply, the transmission
from our server forms a matched pair with the transmission from your computer,
so that only data to and from these sources can be valid.
If you are using Netscape 1.0 or later or Microsoft Internet Explorer
1.0 or later as your web browser, your transactions are fully encrypted
and secure when you buy through RegNow. You'll know that it is secure
when you see a full yellow key in a blue box in the lower left-hand corner
of your Netscape browser. If you use Explorer, you'll see a full "lock"

card transaction. Other pages are not secured in order to increase the

RegNow collect customers' financial information (like your card number)
and contact information (like your e-mail address) . Contact address and
email information from the order form is sent to WallpaperDaily.com to
maintain our customer database. Wallpaperdaily.com does not receive
your credit card details from on-line orders.
